            Dysphagia is often prevalent among the elderly due to age-related decline and various conditions, particularly stroke and dementia. Even older adults with overall good health are at risk of dysphagia, leading to malnutrition. Researchers have thus developed a Riceberry jelly formula for individuals with dysphagia to provide high protein and energy content. It includes Riceberry, which is rich in antioxidants and carbohydrates, enhancing nutritional value and improving nutritional status in elderly individuals with swallowing difficulties.

This developed jelly is classified as a vegetarian jelly. It utilizes protein from yellow beans and does not contain powdered milk or gelatin (pork skin).
