On April 23, 2025, The Institute for Technology and Innovation Management(INT) Mahidol University Institute for Technology and Innovation Management Mahidol University, hosted the workshop “Enhancing Your Capability in Medical Technology Transfer: Learning from Best Practice” at The Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok.
The workshop aimed to strengthen the capabilities of researchers and professionals in intellectual property (IP) and technology transfer, equipping them with essential skills to drive medical research into commercial use. Dr. Anji Miller Ph.D CLP RTTP Miller, Senior Partner for Academic Engagement and Programme Director of Translational Skills at LifeArc, UK, shared practical insights on IP management and sustainable commercialization of medical technologies.
The event was honored by the presence of Professor Dr. Sansanee Chaiyaroj, Advisor to the President of Mahidol University and Advisor to the Association of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Professionals (AITP) Thailand, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Viriya Taecharungroj, Director of INT, Mahidol University, who delivered the closing remarks, with Ms. Onwalun Lohitharn, Deputy Director for Technology and Intellectual Property Utilization, also in attendance.
