Recipe and procedure skin care lotion
from Mulberry
Detail
Substances in the stilbenoid group, such as mulberroside A, oxyresveratrol, and resveratrol, are important markers used to indicate the quality of mulberry extract. They have properties that promote clear skin and resist free radicals. While methanol is commonly used as a solvent for extraction due to its effectiveness, it may not be suitable for cosmetics or dietary supplements due to safety and toxicity concerns. Therefore, researchers have developed a concentrated ultrasonic extraction system that efficiently extracts high levels of stilbenoids from mulberry, comparable to methanol. This system has also been shown to possess skin-brightening properties, confirming the effectiveness of the extract.
